Acupuncture can help with many health complaints and has strategies to address even the most difficult diseases. It has been around for arguably four thousand years and is still widely used around the world today. It can be invaluable as complementary care and be preventative by maintaining wellness.
I am passionate about helping patients create space for renewed health and healing in their often busy lives. My areas of special focus include anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue, back pain, frozen shoulder, migraines, women’s health, prenatal care, and digestive imbalances. I also specialize in treating highly sensitive patients, and patients with a history of trauma.
I am compassionate and focused, and I stay in the room with you for most of your visit. My wide-range of modalities including Chinese acupuncture, 5-Element acupuncture, Japanese acupressure, and body work allows me to work with you at your comfort level. I also offer Chinese herbal medicine, homeopathy, and diet + lifestyle guidance.
