Chiropractic Care At Lula
Your body has an incredible, built-in ability to heal itself. This principle is at the very heart of chiropractic care. When your spine and joints are moving properly, your nervous system can communicate efficiently, allowing your body to function at its best. Because the nervous system controls and coordinates every system in the body, even small restrictions can have a widespread impact. Our natural, drug-free approach is designed to support and enhance this innate healing potential rather than override it. This helps your body do what it was designed to do.
Dr. Lula draws from a variety of proven techniques which you can read about in the section below, but at the core of every visit is the adjustment. Chiropractic adjustments restore proper motion to restricted joints, helping to reduce pain and stiffness, improve mobility, and optimize nervous system function. This improved motion and communication allows your body to adapt better to daily stress, posture demands, and physical activity. Over time, this not only relieves discomfort but also helps prevent future injuries and recurring issues. By addressing the root cause of your symptoms instead of simply masking pain, we help create meaningful, lasting changes in your health and overall well-being.
You do not have to live with pain or accept discomfort as “normal.” Whether your symptoms are new or something you’ve been dealing with for years, chiropractic care can help. Let Dr. Lula help you break the cycle through precise chiropractic adjustments, supportive auxiliary therapies, and a customized home-care routine designed specifically for your body and lifestyle. Together, we’ll work toward restoring balance, improving function, and helping you feel your best today and for years to come.

Other Techniques We Use
Craniosacral
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle touch treatment that targets the micro movement of the many bones which make up your cranium. Restoring motion to this area ensures proper flow of the fluid that surrounds your brain and spinal column.
Home Care Plan
We use our specialized skills to create a custom home care plan of stretches, exercises, nutrition, ergonomics, and other strategies to keep you out of pain and doing the things that bring you joy. We are teammates in your health. The more compliant you are with your home care routine, the less you will need to see us!
Graston Technique®
Based on ancient healing techniques, Graston uses stainless steel tools with beveled edges that conform to any body part. The tools assist in the diagnosis and treatment of injured tissues. They are designed to improve tissue alignment by reducing and removing haphazard scar tissue.
Electrotherapy & More
This includes ultrasound, IFC, HV, moist heat, ice massage and more. These tools allow us to work on you when you are too acute for hands on healing. They can also enhance the hands on work we do. These various modalities benefit acute low back pain, chronic muscle tightness, ankle sprains and more.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points are knots in tight bands of muscle which cause pain in the area they are located and/or refer pain to other areas of your body. Treating trigger points interrupts the cycle of pain caused by tight muscles. You will feel less tension and headaches as your trigger points melt away. Goodbye ibuprofen!
Kinesiotape®
Kinesiotape is flexible tape made to mimic the quality of skin. This “magic tape” stays on for up to one week after application and aids in healing injuries more quickly, reduces swelling and bruising, and enhances your body’s awareness of an injured area.
