November invites us to gather our harvest. 

We spend so much time moving toward the next thing that we rarely stop to acknowledge how far we've come. Imagine spending an entire season tending a garden, only to walk away just as the fruit becomes ripe.

Gathering the harvest asks us to pause and receive the lessons, honor the blessings, and carry forward what has nourished us.

Join me and a small circle of others for a deeply nourishing Harvest Breathwave Ceremony. 

I intentionally keep the group small. The intimate nature of this gathering allows for deeper connection, meaningful sharing, and the opportunity to be witnessed and supported in whatever is moving through you at this time.

Our afternoon together will include:
• Gentle movement to help you arrive in your body
• Heart-centered sharing in community
• A 60-minute guided Breathwave journey
• Integration, reflection, and witnessing
