Breathing as a group is gathering around a fire; the transformation is personal, but the warmth of the circle helps us go deeper.

Join me and a small circle of others for a deeply nourishing Breathwave Ceremony. Through the power of conscious, connected breathing, you'll have the opportunity to quiet the noise of daily life, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create space for what is ready to emerge.

My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, more clear, more connected, and more fully yourself.

I am intentionally keeping the group small. The intimate nature of this gathering allows for deeper connection, meaningful sharing, and the opportunity to be witnessed and supported in whatever is moving through you at this time.

Our afternoon together will include:
• Gentle movement to help you arrive in your body
• Heart-centered sharing in community
• A 60-minute guided Breathwave journey
• Integration, reflection, and witnessing
