I am teaming up with 2 amazing women to offer a retreat for women in every stage of life. This is especially for women who are holding space above and beyond family and friends. Working or volunteering in service of humanity is challenging work at this time. We'd like to help you put your oxygen mask on first. This retreat is a sacred gathering for fifteen women space holders to reconnect, reset, release, remember, relax, and rejuvenate.

Your Retreat Includes:

• Accommodation (double occupancy)
• Daily brunch and access to a communal kitchen
• Three in-house dinners
• Five morning sessions of gentle Somatic Movement and Breathwork Circles (3–3.5 hours)
• Two sacred ceremonies honouring Grandmother Moon: a large drum and singing circle and a traditional Temazcal (sweat lodge)
• Two excursions to nearby beach towns, with transportation included. Enjoy beach walks, dancing, music, snorkeling, swimming, shopping, and the Temazcal ceremony.
• Plenty of spacious, unstructured time to rest, reflect, integrate, connect with other women, or simply enjoy your own company.

Kim Novotny

For over 50 years, Kim has explored and shared practices that awaken self-awareness and invite greater ease, harmony, and flow into life. Her current passions are Breathwork (Breathwave style) and Somatic Movement (Hanna style)—two gentle, complementary practices that open pathways to the inner world of body, mind, and
spirit. Kim's deepest passion is gathering women of all ages in sacred circle—a space where we meet as equals, open our hearts, and honor the wisdom of the divine feminine. Here, we listen deeply, speak our truths, and become sacred witnesses to one another's journeys. 

Dr. Lula Plumb

Dr. Lula Plumb is a Chiropractic Physician, Breathwave Facilitator, and lifelong student of the healing journey. Her work weaves together bodywork and breathwork, science and spirit, grounding and expansion—all in service of helping people engage
with life at a deeper level. Lula brings warmth, curiosity, and a healthy dose of humanity to the spaces she holds, inviting women to come as they are, trust their own inner wisdom, and make room for whatever is ready to unfold.

My ceremonial name is Cihuacuatli Ehecatl (Eagle Woman of the  Wind). My heart and spirit have been dancing to the Moon for eight years, and my prayers are offered for all of humanity. This path has blessed me with the company of beautiful women, allowing me to join them in their own prayers—within the Temazcal, Women’s Circles, and in Singing Circles for over five years. 

Travel Information:

Flights and airport transfers are not included in the retreat price.

Manzanillo International Airport is the closest airport, approximately 25 minutes by taxi from the villas.

Puerto Vallarta International Airport is another option, approximately 3.5 hours north of Cuastecomates. We can arrange reliable drivers to meet your flight in Puerto Vallarta and bring you directly to the retreat. Approximate cost: $300 USD per vehicle, one way.
